Right now we really have an opportunity to take a look at our marriages and figure out what we want them to look like. Are we living out our marriages from a place of expectation and pride, or a place of humility? This week, let's ask ourselves this question: what do we want our last day of marriage to look like?

Opportunity

Opportunity. It might seem like there's not much of that to be found right now. But what if the opposite was actually true? Sure, we all feel pretty out of control, lost, anxious, and scared in this season, but what if instead of letting those feelings overwhelm us, we focused on the opportunities right in front of us that are unique to this season? The opportunity to really get to know our kids. The opportunity to connect with our spouse in a whole new way. The opportunity to step out and love our neighbors like never before. The word "unity" is right there in "opportunity"—let's use this time as just that: an opportunity to find more unity in our families, our communities, and our world.
